The 2026-27 Bundesliga campaign opens with a tightly bunched race for the most clean sheets, as Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund share the highest implied probabilities around 48 percent amid strong preseason expectations for their backlines and goalkeepers. Dortmund enters with momentum from conceding the league's fewest goals last term behind Gregor Kobel, while Bayern benefits from Dayot Upamecano's leadership and added depth under Vincent Kompany. Newly promoted sides including SV Elversberg, SC Paderborn, and Schalke 04 bring organized defensive structures and recent form from the second tier that could translate early, and established clubs like Bayer Leverkusen and RB Leipzig retain experienced keepers and compact units capable of shutouts. With no team holding a decisive edge in squad stability or schedule difficulty at this stage, trader consensus reflects broad parity across 18 clubs where minor injury updates or early results can shift probabilities quickly.
