Pheu Thai's performance in Thailand's February 2026 general election has locked in trader consensus around 70–79 seats, reflecting the party's sharp decline from 141 seats in 2023. Internal turmoil, including the ouster of two prime ministers and the collapse of its governing coalition, eroded support in key northern and northeastern strongholds, while Bhumjaithai consolidated conservative voters and the People's Party drew reform-minded ballots. Official tallies confirmed Pheu Thai with 74 seats, placing it third behind Bhumjaithai's 192 and the People's Party's 118–120. Late-stage disputes over constituency results or coalition realignments remain the only plausible factors that could still shift the final certified total within the narrow band.
