Ella Langley's "Choosin' Texas" holds overwhelming market-implied odds near 99.5% for the Billboard Hot 100 chart dated around August 29 because the track has sustained unmatched commercial dominance throughout 2026. It recently logged a 17th week at No. 1 on the August 15 chart, extending its record as the longest-running non-holiday No. 1 by a solo female artist and rewriting benchmarks for country-pop crossover endurance. Consistent streaming volume, radio airplay, and sales have kept the song ahead of newer releases, with no major competitor showing comparable momentum in recent tracking data. While a surprise viral surge, blockbuster debut, or accelerated radio push from an artist like Olivia Rodrigo or Ariana Grande could theoretically disrupt the run, historical patterns and current metrics make such an upset highly improbable before the tracking week closes.
