Recent National Weather Service forecasts and model consensus for Dallas-Fort Worth indicate a high temperature in the mid-90s on September 23, driven by mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies, light easterly winds, and minimal moisture that supports strong daytime heating under a stable high-pressure ridge. Official point forecasts cluster around 94–96°F, consistent with late-September climatology for the region when dew points remain in the mid-60s and cloud cover stays limited. Trader sentiment favoring the 92–93°F bin as the plurality outcome reflects uncertainty around exact afternoon maxima and potential minor model adjustments in the final 48 hours, while higher bins capture the tail risk of stronger insolation or forecast revisions. Updated NWS briefings and next model cycles will provide the clearest near-term signals ahead of market resolution.
