Incumbent Republican Scott Perry faces Democrat Janelle Stelson in the November 3, 2026, general election for Pennsylvania’s 10th congressional district, a seat with an R+3 Cook Partisan Voting Index that Trump carried by five points in 2024. Stelson, the 2024 Democratic nominee who fell short by roughly one point, secured her party’s nomination unopposed in the May 19 primary and has helped drive record fundraising exceeding $11.5 million combined for the race. A spring 2026 poll showed her narrowly ahead, while forecasters classify the contest as a toss-up. Trader consensus heavily favoring the Democratic outcome appears shaped by the district’s recent competitiveness, the rematch dynamics, and elevated challenger resources in a midterm environment.
