Rafael Leão’s future remains fluid heading into the final weeks of the summer window, with AC Milan holding the clearest edge in trader pricing at 36.6 percent amid a recent shift in momentum. After publicly signaling a desire for a new league challenge following the 2026 World Cup and fielding enquiries from clubs including Manchester United and Barcelona, the Portuguese winger has seen concrete interest limited largely to Turkish sides such as Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray offering substantial salary increases. Recent reporting indicates Leão is now focused on reconquering his place at Milan under Ruben Amorim, as no sufficiently attractive European offers have materialized and he has shown little enthusiasm for a move to the Super Lig. This dynamic, combined with Milan’s firm €50–60 million valuation and Leão’s contract running until 2028, explains why staying leads while multiple destinations remain priced with realistic upset potential.
