Revolut’s most recent secondary share sale in July 2026 established a $115 billion valuation at $2,017 per share, a 53% increase from the $75 billion mark set in November 2025, with Forge Global pricing shares at $2,125 on September 15, 2026 for an implied $121 billion valuation. Strong 2025 results—$6 billion revenue and $1.7 billion net profit—along with UK and Australian banking licenses and an ongoing U.S. charter application have sustained investor demand from firms including Coatue, Fidelity, and Andreessen Horowitz. Management projects further revenue expansion in 2026 while targeting 100 million customers by mid-2027, and secondary liquidity events continue to support step-ups toward the $150–200 billion IPO range discussed for a potential 2028 listing. Any additional share sales or regulatory milestones before year-end could influence whether implied valuations clear higher thresholds.
