Nevada voters approved Question 6, the constitutional amendment establishing a right to abortion until fetal viability or to protect the pregnant person's life or health, by a decisive 64% to 36% margin in November 2024, requiring ratification in the November 3, 2026 general election for enactment. Trader consensus at 97% Yes reflects this commanding first-round victory—mirroring 63% support for a similar 1990 referendum—amid consistent polling favoring reproductive rights and minimal opposition funding reported through March 2026. No major developments have emerged in the past 30 days to alter sentiment. While unlikely, scenarios like a successful legal challenge, surging anti-amendment campaign resources, or shifts in voter turnout could still impact passage.
