Recent National Weather Service and ensemble model guidance for San Francisco on September 13 points to a clear, breezy night with onshore westerly flow maintaining minimum temperatures near 56–58 °F, aligning with the September climatological average low of 56 °F. This consensus underpins the tight market clustering around the 58–59 °F and 60–61 °F bins, while residual probability on cooler outcomes reflects typical microclimate variability across observation sites and minor model spread in overnight radiative cooling rates. With no marine layer intrusion or anomalous high-pressure setup expected, traders appear to price modest upside risk from slightly delayed cooling or localized warming. Updated short-range forecasts and the official daily minimum reported by the National Weather Service will resolve the market.
