Recent U.S. Spotify streaming data shows a tight race for the #2 spot heading into the week of September 25, with multiple tracks posting comparable daily gains behind Ella Langley’s dominant Choosin’ Texas. BbY WOW by KAROL G, Judeline, and rusowsky holds a narrow lead from its August album rollout and consistent Latin-pop crossover momentum, yet ADÉLA’s Nicole Kidman has posted the largest weekly surge, climbing rapidly on viral buzz and strong platform metrics. Malcolm Todd’s Earrings and Olivia Rodrigo cuts like stupid song and the cure remain competitive through steady catalog performance, while lower-probability options such as Morgan Wallen tracks face steeper barriers from slower current trajectories. Traders appear to weigh these short-term stream differentials and release timing ahead of the next chart lock.
