Malcolm Todd’s “Earrings” commands overwhelming trader consensus at 91% implied probability for the #2 Spotify song this week because the track has maintained elite streaming velocity for months, consistently landing in the global and U.S. top three with roughly 22–23 million weekly streams amid a catalog resurgence fueled by TikTok virality, radio airplay, and a platinum certification. Its sustained performance from the 2024 mixtape *Sweet Boy* continues to outpace most competitors in the current tracking period, with no major new releases or promotional spikes from rivals disrupting the established order. An upset would require an unexpected late-week surge from a track like BbY WOW, Loser, or a fresh single to close the gap before the Thursday cutoff, though historical patterns show such rapid overtakes remain rare without coordinated marketing or viral events.
