This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 MLS Golden Boot. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLS rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLS season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026 ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Soccer; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Lionel Messi's 46.1% implied probability reflects trader consensus around his unmatched scoring pedigree in MLS, including the 2025 Golden Boot with 29 regular-season goals, combined with Inter Miami's attacking system and his recent return from the 2026 World Cup where he added to his career totals before posting a Leagues Cup brace. Kévin Denkey sits at 30.5% on the strength of his consistent output for FC Cincinnati, including 11 goals through mid-August and prior double-digit seasons that position him as a durable front-runner among non-superstar options. Petar Musa at 22.4% and Sam Surridge at 21.9% draw support from their current league-leading tallies—Musa with 13 goals in 16 appearances for FC Dallas—while Idan Toklomati and Anders Dreyer hover in the mid-teens amid strong early-season form for their clubs. These probabilities capture the wisdom of crowds pricing in remaining schedule length, injury resilience, and historical patterns where established MLS scorers maintain volume into the fall stretch.
