SpaceX benefits from audited $18.7 billion 2025 revenue, Starlink growth, Starship progress, and its xAI integration, enabling premium multiples despite ongoing losses. OpenAI remains pre-IPO with private valuations near $850 billion–$1 trillion, strong ChatGPT and enterprise revenue growth, but faces profitability hurdles and potential 2027 timing shifts. A delayed or scaled-up OpenAI debut could narrow the gap, though current filings and revenue trajectories make surpassing SpaceX unlikely without major surprises.
