This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the runner-up of the Scottish Premiership for the 2026-27 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Scottish Premiership for the 2026-27 season per the rules of Scottish Premiership (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Scottish Premiership; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The Scottish Premiership runner-up market remains tightly bunched because Celtic are widely expected to claim another title, leaving second place open amid a cluster of clubs undergoing major transitions. Rangers, under new manager Derek McInnes, sit second in the early table after six matches but face questions over consistency following last season’s third-place finish. Hearts have lost key personnel yet sit third with a strong recent record, while Aberdeen, Hibernian, Motherwell and others mix new signings, European commitments and varying form. Summer squad rebuilds across multiple sides, combined with no established frontrunner for the silver-medal spot, have kept implied probabilities level as the campaign settles.
