Australia's vastly superior ODI ranking, depth of experience, and stronger overall squad underpin the overwhelming trader consensus favoring them to claim the series. Pre-tour assessments highlighted Australia's proven track record against associate and emerging sides, favorable historical head-to-head results, and ability to adapt to subcontinent conditions despite spin-friendly pitches in Mirpur. Recent squad selections and form from players in the middle order further reinforced expectations of dominance. While Bangladesh has shown improved home performances and occasional upsets, the probability gap reflects traders' view that sustained execution by Australia remains the baseline. Upsets could still arise from weather disruptions, key injuries, or unusually dominant Bangladeshi spin attacks altering match outcomes.
