This development, alongside competitive model releases like Muse Spark 1.3, prompted JPMorgan's upgrade to Overweight with an $820 price target, highlighting growth potential beyond advertising through AI agents and infrastructure efficiency. The move follows a major legal settlement resolving youth safety litigation and builds on robust ad revenue trends, though high AI-related capex remains a factor. With no major catalysts scheduled for September 11, trader sentiment for the next close reflects momentum from these verified AI advancements and positive analyst revisions.
