Q1 2026 delivered 12% year-over-year gains alongside 19% impression growth, fueled by Advantage+ AI algorithms that improve targeting, ROI, and advertiser willingness to pay higher rates across Facebook and Instagram. This builds on 2025 trends where price increases accelerated from 6% in Q4 to double digits. Key swing factors include sustained engagement lifts from Reels and value optimization tools, offset by competition from TikTok and Google for ad budgets, potential seasonal softening, and Meta's heavy AI infrastructure spending that could influence monetization priorities. Q2 revenue guidance of $58–61 billion implies continued solid but not explosive pricing power, leaving room for outcomes across the provided ranges depending on advertiser demand and platform performance metrics.
