Ju Wenjun holds the top spot in trader consensus for the Norway Chess Women 2026 title due to her status as reigning Women's World Champion, her strong classical rating, and prior victory in the event's 2024 inaugural edition. The six-player double round-robin field in Oslo features high-level competition, with Zhu Jiner's rapid rise to near-world No. 2 ranking and consistent recent results supporting her elevated probability. Bibisara Assaubayeva benefits from strong momentum in the ongoing Women's Candidates, including multiple late wins that highlight her tactical sharpness and resilience. Anna Muzychuk's defending-champion experience and Humpy Koneru's veteran consistency provide solid backing, while Divya Deshmukh's youth and Candidates showings add upset potential in a tight field where form over the past month heavily influences implied probabilities.
