The six-player double round-robin in Oslo from May 25 to June 5, featuring Armageddon tiebreaks, amplifies his home-soil familiarity and consistent results against this exact group. Vincent Keymer benefits from his rising ranking and debut invitation after solid 2026 form, while Alireza Firouzja draws support from consecutive runner-up finishes.
