**Seattle Mariners hold a clear edge in this AL matchup as AL West leaders at 36-32, sitting well ahead of the Orioles (31-37, fourth in the AL East) amid Baltimore’s recent four-game skid.** Seattle’s offense has shown timely power, highlighted by Randy Arozarena’s multi-hit efforts and Josh Naylor’s recent grand slam, while the club maintains solid recent form despite dropping two of three after an eight-game win streak. Key injury notes include J.P. Crawford’s day-to-day hand contusion and Cal Raleigh’s ongoing oblique rehab, alongside pitching depth challenges such as Logan Evans on the 60-day IL. Baltimore faces its own absences with Adley Rutschman questionable (hamstring) and Chris Bassitt on the IL (back), weakening an already inconsistent rotation and lineup. The four-game series in Baltimore offers the Orioles home-field context, but Seattle’s overall roster stability and division positioning shape the current trader consensus around the matchup.
