Stella Lefty’s “Boston” has secured overwhelming trader consensus for the Billboard Hot 100’s #2 spot on the September 5 chart after jumping 4-2 in the prior tracking week, driven by sustained streaming gains, broad pop-country radio airplay, and regional strength in key markets. The track’s momentum stems from its interpolation of Noah Kahan’s “Stick Season,” steady sales, and crossover appeal that has kept it locked behind Ella Langley’s record-setting “Choosin’ Texas” at No. 1. With the chart period nearly complete, minimal shifts are expected unless a surprise surge from Taylor Swift’s “I Knew It, I Knew You,” an Ariana Grande track, or another competitor materializes in final data—scenarios traders view as highly improbable given current metrics.
