FURIA claimed the 2026 Split 1 title with a 3-1 grand-final victory over LOS in June, backed by strong regular-season form and recent international exposure at MSI. LOS secured the South America EWC qualifier and has shown consistent domestic results, including competitive showings against regional rivals. Both teams face demanding group-stage draws—FURIA alongside G2 and Dplus KIA, LOS with Hanwha Life and JD Gaming—where BO1 outcomes hinge on macro execution, draft adaptation, and individual carry performances. Roster stability, recent scrim form, and any last-minute meta shifts before the July 15 start could swing series totals either direction in this evenly matched regional comparison.
