This market will resolve to the manager who wins the 2026 National League Manager of the Year award for the 2026 MLB Season. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the manager whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Walt Weiss leads NL Manager of the Year betting markets due to the Atlanta Braves’ strong 2026 performance under his first-year leadership, with the club posting a record near 71-47 and remaining atop or near the top of the NL East. Weiss, who transitioned from bench coach to manager after prior stints with the Rockies, benefits from the team’s recent hot streaks and overall results that exceed some preseason expectations. Craig Counsell ranks second as the Cubs hold a competitive NL Central position with a solid win total, reflecting his established track record of consistent contention. Pat Murphy, Oliver Marmol, and Torey Lovullo follow, supported by their clubs’ respective standings and results in the NL, including overachievement or sustained contention relative to roster payrolls and divisional strength. Later contenders like Don Kelly and Clayton McCullough trail amid narrower margins in win totals or fewer standout team-wide developments through mid-August. These implied probabilities track closely with current records and divisional races, as Manager of the Year voting historically favors skippers whose teams exceed expectations or secure top finishes.
