Keegan Smith, the top seed and higher-ranked player at 289, enters the Bengaluru 2 Challenger final on hard courts after straight-set semifinal victories over former top-40 player Ilya Ivashka and strong earlier wins, showcasing efficient serving and return dominance. Philip Sekulic, the fourth seed at 357, arrives with momentum from a dominant 6-0, 6-2 semifinal dismissal of local wildcard Kriish Tyagi, though the Australian remains less experienced at this level. The matchup marks their first meeting, with Smith holding advantages in ranking, recent hard-court results, and overall consistency, while Sekulic seeks an upset through aggressive baseline play. Both players have navigated the draw effectively without reported injuries or scheduling fatigue concerns.
