Francesca Hong holds a commanding lead in the Kenosha County portion of Wisconsin’s August 11, 2026 Democratic primary for governor, reflecting strong regional support among voters there compared to the tighter statewide contest against Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley. Recent returns with over 95 percent of votes counted show Hong ahead by several percentage points in the county, consistent with polling trends favoring her among younger and progressive-leaning blocs in southeastern Wisconsin. Crowley, backed by establishment figures including outgoing Governor Tony Evers, consolidated support elsewhere but trailed in Kenosha. With the primary concluded and margins established, only a major recount or certification dispute could shift the county result at this stage.
