Jannik Sinner’s position as the clear market leader stems from his dominant 2026 campaign, including a 44-3 record, six titles, and sustained No. 1 ranking that reflects consistent hard-court excellence heading into the US Open. Traders price him highest due to this form edge and head-to-head strength against most contenders. Carlos Alcaraz sits second despite a wrist injury that limited his summer schedule and Wimbledon participation, with his defending-champion pedigree and Australian Open success providing the main support for his implied probability. Alexander Zverev follows closely as French Open champion and current world No. 3, bolstered by recent Masters results and reliability on outdoor hard courts. Younger players like Ben Shelton gain traction from rising rankings and power baseline play, while Novak Djokovic’s share reflects veteran experience amid a deeper field where form, fitness, and draw positioning shape consensus probabilities.
