The wide spread of implied probabilities across dozens of wide receivers and tight ends reflects the inherent uncertainty of Week 1 individual stat lines, where no single player enters with a dominant edge. Offseason roster shifts, training camp usage reports, and favorable early matchups have kept several names clustered in the mid-20s to low-50s range, preventing any clear consensus leader. Factors such as new offensive schemes, health updates from final injury reports, and defensive schemes that limit or inflate targets contribute to the tight bunched pricing. Traders appear to view the race as highly competitive, with historical Week 1 variance and lack of recent game data supporting the even distribution rather than concentration on established volume leaders.
