The tightly clustered probabilities around 25-50% for numerous wide receivers and tight ends reflect the inherent volatility of receiving touchdowns over a single NFL Week 1 slate. Established targets like Puka Nacua, Ja'Marr Chase, Justin Jefferson, and Amon-Ra St. Brown share comparable implied chances with emerging options due to similar projected red-zone usage, target shares, and matchup dynamics across the Sunday and Monday schedule. Preseason roster stability and offensive scheme continuity have not created clear separation, while factors such as game script, defensive coverage, and minor injury designations keep outcomes unpredictable. Trader consensus captures this broad distribution, where any of several high-volume pass-catchers could finish atop the weekly leaderboard based on a handful of scores.
