Several NFL teams enter the 2026 regular season with comparable profiles for the fewest wins, including the Dolphins, Browns, Cardinals, Raiders, Jets, and Panthers. Rebuilding efforts feature uncertain quarterback situations, such as Malik Willis in Miami and lingering questions around Deshaun Watson or Shedeur Sanders in Cleveland, alongside preseason injuries to key rookies like Arizona's Jeremiyah Love. Tough schedules, thin rosters after 2025 struggles, and defensive weaknesses keep projected win totals tightly clustered in the low single digits for multiple clubs. This parity across contenders for the top draft pick explains the bunched trader consensus around 50 percent implied probability, underscoring how minor differences in early results or health could shift the outcome in a wide-open race.

If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed team to finish the 2026-27 NFL regular season with the worst regular season record, the corresponding market will resolve to "No".
If two or more teams finish tied for the worst regular season record, this market will resolve in favor of the tied team that is assigned the earliest selection position in the 2027 NFL Draft under the NFL's draft order tie-breaking procedures (strength of schedule, then the applicable divisional or conference tiebreakers), before accounting for any traded or forfeited selections.
If the 2026-27 NFL regular season is cancelled, postponed after January 24, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or the final regular season standings have not been officially determined within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other".
The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NFL (https://www.nfl.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
