Stella Lefty’s “Boston” dominates trader consensus at 100% implied probability for the Billboard Hot 100’s #2 slot the week of August 29 because of its sustained momentum and recent consumption surge. The country-pop breakout, which interpolates Noah Kahan’s “Stick Season,” climbed steadily through summer, hitting a peak of #3 earlier in August while maintaining strong radio airplay and streaming numbers. Lefty’s debut full-length album *Long Way Home*, released August 21, added fresh promotional fuel just before the chart window, aligning with historical patterns where major releases lock in top-five positions. Competing tracks from Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, Ariana Grande, and Morgan Wallen show minimal projected movement this week. An upset would require an unforeseen viral spike or last-minute release from another artist to overtake its established trajectory before the chart locks.
