Elevated capital expenditures, now guided at $195–205 billion for the full year to expand AI infrastructure, continue to weigh on near-term margins and free cash flow despite strong search and advertising momentum. Traders are monitoring tech sector rotation and any late-session volume for resolution around key technical levels.
