This market will resolve “Yes” if any player throws a Perfect Game in any game during the 2026 MLB season (including postseason). Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. A “Perfect Game” is achieved when a pitcher throws a complete game without allowing a baserunner. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after November 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or it cannot be determined if a Perfect Game occurred within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “No”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the MLB; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.**Traders assign a 93% implied probability to no perfect game occurring in the 2026 MLB season because the feat remains exceptionally rare, with only 24 recorded in league history and none since Domingo Germán’s in 2023.** Modern roster construction and usage patterns further suppress the odds, as starters face strict pitch counts and early hooks in favor of specialized bullpens, sharply reducing the number of complete games. Late in the 2026 campaign, with the regular season winding down and no perfect bids materializing, the remaining schedule offers limited opportunities for the precise combination of command, defense, and luck required. Historical droughts spanning multiple seasons underscore how seldom all 27 opposing batters are retired without reaching base.
