Vallejos’ emphatic first-round TKO of Josh Emmett in March elevated the undefeated Argentine into the featherweight top 10, prompting immediate post-fight callouts for high-profile names including Yair Rodriguez. Trader consensus currently assigns Rodriguez the narrow lead at 42 percent implied probability, reflecting his stylistic appeal and potential for a September Noche card, yet Steve Garcia, Youssef Zalal, Arnold Allen, and Aljamain Sterling sit within striking distance. The tight spread stems from the absence of an official booking five months later, combined with UFC matchmaking patterns that reward rising finishers with winnable yet meaningful tests against ranked veterans or surging contenders. Multiple plausible outcomes remain open depending on roster availability, injury timing, and division hierarchy adjustments.
