Apple's fiscal Q2 2026 earnings, released April 30, propelled shares to intraday highs above $300 this week, trading around $298 on May 15—up 8% year-to-date—on revenue of $111.2 billion, a 17% year-over-year surge driven by 22% iPhone growth and expanding services margins exceeding 75%. This beat consensus estimates (EPS $2.01 vs. $1.95), reinforcing trader consensus on sustained demand amid AI features and China recovery. Analyst price targets average $309, with bulls at $400 citing services monetization. WWDC June 8-12 presents the key near-term catalyst for software announcements, while 10-year Treasury yields near 4.5% cap multiple expansion. Polymarket traders price skin-in-the-game probabilities reflecting these fundamentals versus macro risks.
