Recent weather models for Zandvoort have shifted toward drier conditions for the August 23 race, with most forecasts now showing sunny intervals, highs near 18°C, and rain chances below 20% during the scheduled 15:00 local start. Earlier projections from roughly a week prior had indicated an 85% precipitation risk across the sprint weekend, but those have moderated as the event nears. Zandvoort’s coastal location often brings variable North Sea showers, yet current guidance favors stable high pressure that limits meaningful rainfall on Sunday. This updated outlook underpins the market’s 73.5% probability on no rain, reflecting the consensus view that dry conditions are the more likely scenario for the Grand Prix itself.
