Zandvoort's tight, undulating layout with heavily banked turns and high tire stress rewards cars strong through medium-speed corners, such as the current McLaren. Home favorite Max Verstappen brings a dominant record at the venue and strong recent podium form despite Red Bull challenges, while Lando Norris enters with momentum after his Hungary victory. Kimi Antonelli and Charles Leclerc also feature prominently in recent scoring. Softer Pirelli compounds add strategic variety, and Sprint Qualifying plus the short-format race on Saturday will shape Sunday's starting grid and podium outlook.
