Kent Women host Northamptonshire Steelbacks Women in Vitality Blast Women League 2 on June 28 at Canterbury’s St Lawrence Ground, with both sides level on 14 points. Northamptonshire hold the edge in net run rate after five matches (3 wins) and have posted convincing victories, including a 39-run win over Worcestershire and a five-wicket chase against Leicestershire. Kent, after six games, sit one place lower with a negative NRR and a mixed recent sequence featuring an eight-wicket win over Glamorgan but narrow defeats to Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.
