**Trader consensus heavily favors "No" at 94.2% implied probability** because Ashley St. Clair has served as the child's sole caregiver since Romulus's September 2024 birth, with court filings showing Musk met the infant only a handful of times early on and limited subsequent involvement. St. Clair petitioned for sole legal custody in New York in February 2025, establishing paternity via confirmed testing while the case remains unresolved. Musk's January 2026 announcement to seek full custody stemmed from her public apology for prior comments and expressed support for the transgender community, but no court has granted him primary rights amid ongoing disputes over support and access. Recent September 2026 documentary appearances by St. Clair have amplified public exchanges without shifting legal momentum. A decisive ruling for Musk would require substantial new evidence of risk or changed circumstances that has yet to surface.
