Arribage and Olivetti, the higher-ranked French doubles pair with multiple 2026 titles including the Dallas Open, open their Libéma Open campaign on grass against Borges and Polmans in the first round. Both teams arrive after clay-court schedules that included early exits at the French Open, requiring quick adaptation to the faster surface and lower bounce at s-Hertogenbosch. Arribage/Olivetti hold the edge in recent doubles results and experience on grass, while Borges, primarily a singles player, and Polmans bring solid but less frequent doubles success this season. No prior head-to-head exists, and no last-minute withdrawals or injuries have been reported. The match outcome hinges on serving efficiency and return play under these conditions.
