Darline Graham, appointed to finish her late brother Lindsey Graham’s Senate term, advanced from the August 11 special primary with 32.8% to face Rep. Ralph Norman in the August 25 Republican runoff. President Trump’s endorsement and August 21 Myrtle Beach rally provide her with a key boost in a state he carried by 18 points in 2024, while Russell Fry’s endorsement aids consolidation of support. Norman emphasizes his longer conservative record and congressional experience, gaining traction in the Upstate and after Graham’s foreign-policy gaffe in their debate. Regional splits—Graham stronger in the Midlands and Lowcountry, Norman in parts of the Upstate—plus the consolidation of votes from candidates like Fry and Mark Sanford will determine her final share in the low-turnout contest.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Darline Graham wins at least the specified percentage of the valid votes cast in the 2026 South Carolina special Republican primary runoff election. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
If the results of the specified election are not known definitively by November 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “No”.
The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the State of South Carolina, such as official statewide results published by the South Carolina Election Commission (https://scvotes.gov/); however, an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting may suffice.
If a recount is initiated before the vote total has been made official, the market will remain open until the recount is completed and the vote is made official.
