Mercedes leads the 2026 Constructors' Championship with a commanding margin after the first half of the season, driven by strong adaptation to the new regulations featuring lighter, more agile cars, revised power units with greater electrification, and active aerodynamics. The team’s power unit and chassis package have delivered consistent results, with Andrea Kimi Antonelli and George Russell securing multiple victories and high points hauls that reflect superior reliability and race pace. Ferrari sits second with solid but less dominant form from Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc, while McLaren and Red Bull trail further behind amid reported challenges with the regulatory shift. Trader consensus reflects this established gap, with limited scope for reversal absent major late-season developments in the remaining rounds.
