Teams with experienced catchers who excel at pitch tracking and accurate challenges hold an edge in the MLB ABS system, as catchers post the highest overturn rates near 59% compared to batters around 48%. Recent data through mid-August shows the Cincinnati Reds leading at roughly 63% success on over 260 attempts, followed closely by the Athletics, Red Sox, Dodgers, and Rangers in the 52-57% range, reflecting strong defensive personnel and selective usage. The tightly bunched implied probabilities stem from similar overall team success rates hovering near the league average of 54%, combined with remaining schedule variance and limited per-game challenges that allow mid-tier clubs to close gaps quickly. Roster stability and catcher availability continue to shape the competitive field.

If two teams tie for the highest ABS challenge won%, this market will resolve in favor of the team that records more challenges won during the 2026 MLB regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed team name comes first alphabetically.
If the 2026 MLB regular season is cancelled, postponed after October 11, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or the team with the highest won% cannot be determined within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other".
The resolution source for this market will be official information from the MLB (https://baseballsavant.mlb.com/abs); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
