Kyle Schwarber sits second after a recent surge that included six home runs over five games, pushing him into the actual league lead alongside Judge near 16-18 homers each through mid-May. Munetaka Murakami's early power output with the White Sox has elevated his position, while Matt Olson and Yordan Alvarez trail on current pace but benefit from proven track records. Traders weigh these recent performances against full-season sustainability, injury risks, and schedule factors that could shift the race in the coming months.
