**Dagmar Škodová Parmová holds the leading position in the market for next mayor of České Budějovice at 67.5% ahead of the October 9–10, 2026 communal elections.** As the incumbent since 2022—the first woman in the role—she heads the candidate list for the new movement Naše Česko after leaving ODS alongside regional figures in 2025–2026. A September 7 televised debate highlighted her visibility, with viewers placing her a close second to ANO’s Viktor Lavička (who sits at 13.5%), while other listed candidates such as Ondřej Talíř, Tomáš Chovanec, Jan Teplý, and several lower-probability names trail further behind amid a fragmented field of ten competing lists. Trader consensus reflects her established local profile, ongoing municipal leadership on issues including transport and public services, and the structural advantages of incumbency in Czech local elections.
