**The 2026 NFL Week 1 rushing touchdowns market shows tight clustering because no single back enters with a dominant edge in volume, red-zone work, or matchup.** Multiple backfields feature committees or injury-driven shifts—such as TreVeyon Henderson ruled out in New England boosting Rhamondre Stevenson, Breece Hall returning from a groin issue for the Jets, and questions around Alvin Kamara, Ashton Jeanty, and others—while favorable schedules and projected carries spread opportunities across names like Jahmyr Gibbs, Bijan Robinson, Jonathan Taylor, Derrick Henry, Saquon Barkley, and Christian McCaffrey. Consensus projections assign roughly 0.5–0.8 rushing scores per game to top options, underscoring the inherent variance of goal-line usage in a single slate of games. Trader consensus reflects this broad parity rather than any standout favorite.
