This market will resolve to 'Slovakia' if Slovakia wins against Guatemala. This market will resolve to 'Guatemala' if Guatemala wins against Slovakia. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one player advances due to the opponent's retirement, default, or disqualification, this market will resolve to the player who advances. If the match ends in a walkover (player withdraws before the start and the other advances automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead.Trader consensus prices Slovakia at 50% implied probability for this men's singles matchup in the ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals London 2026 group stage at OVO Arena Wembley, reflecting a closely contested stylistic clash between Slovakia's veteran defender Lubomir Pistej (world No. 118-149) and Guatemala's Sergio Carrillo (No. 347). Pistej's recent doubles title at WTT Feeder Senec highlights his chopping resilience and experience, but his age tempers expectations against Carrillo's aggressive spin play and youth upside in best-of-five games to 11. No injuries or withdrawals reported in freshly announced rosters; neutral venue erases home edge. Lineup confirmations or early-game service dominance could shift sentiment, with upsets common in defensive vs. attacking battles.
