In the event of a tie, this market will resolve in favor of the player with the lower score on the back 9 of the first round. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player that records more eagles thus far in the main tournament. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player who records more birdies thus far in the main tournament. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player who records fewer bogeys thus far in the main tournament. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 Biltmore Championship Asheville is cancelled, postponed after October 3, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or if an official Round 1 leader has not been declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be the official results published by the event organizer or governing body.**Eric Cole posted a career-low 7-under 64 in the opening round at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove, carding eight birdies against one bogey on a rain-softened layout that rewarded aggressive play.** This score tied him for the lead after Thursday’s play in the inaugural Biltmore Championship Asheville, giving him a dominant edge in the first-round leader market. Cole’s recent form, including multiple top-30 finishes and strong ball-striking throughout the 2026 season, supported trader confidence in his ability to post a low number on an unfamiliar mountain course with elevation changes. Max Greyserman matched the score, but Cole’s positioning and steady putting on the day drove the heavy implied probability. A rules-based tiebreaker or late scorecard adjustment remains the primary scenario that could alter the outcome.
