Orlando Luz and Rafael Matos, the top seeds in the Valencia Challenger doubles draw, face third-seeded Dutch pair Sander Arends and David Pel in the semifinals on outdoor red clay. Luz/Matos bring strong recent form from clay-court events and a proven partnership built on consistent returns and net play, while Arends/Pel counter with solid serve-volley tactics and experience in European challengers. Both teams enter without reported injuries or lineup changes, and the surface typically rewards steady baseline exchanges over aggressive serving. The winner advances to the final in a best-of-three-sets format, with the match scheduled for midday local time at Sporting Club de Tenis Valencia.
