**Northeast winds and scattered rain or thunderstorms expected on September 3 are the main factors moderating daytime highs in Busan.** Official and model guidance from sources including WeatherBug, WindBorne, and others point to highs near 28–29°C (roughly 82–84°F) amid increasing cloud cover, 30–50% precipitation chances, and a shift from lighter southerly to breezier northeasterly flow. This aligns with early-September climatology, when averages hover around 27–28°C as the monsoon influence wanes and cooler maritime air arrives. Trader consensus clustering on 29–31°C highest temperature reflects uncertainty over exact rainfall timing and any brief clearing that could allow brief warming to 30°C or higher, with new model runs and Korean Meteorological Administration updates likely to refine the outlook before resolution.
