The 2026 NBA Finals are scheduled for June 3, 2026 through June 19, 2026. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Mike Breen says "Bang" during the scheduled broadcast of Game 4 of the 2026 NBA Finals on ABC. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No". This market will resolve based on the events of Game 4 of the 2026 NBA Finals, beginning from the start of Game 4 and ending at the conclusion of Game 4. Commentary before Game 4 begins or after it concludes will not be considered; only the content of the specified game will qualify. If prerecorded clips are aired where people are speaking, those clips will NOT count toward this market's resolution. Commercials will not qualify toward this market's resolution. AI-generated audio or video will NOT count toward this market's resolution. Any qualifying mention of the word "Bang" will count toward the resolution of this market, regardless of context. Plural forms of the listed term will count toward the resolution of this market regardless of context; however, other forms will NOT count. Instances where the term is used in a compound word or phrase will NOT count (e.g. the description of a “Bang-bang play” by Mike Breen will NOT count toward a "Yes" resolution). Only the use of the singular word “bang” will qualify towards a "Yes" resolution. If no such stream is aired by July 3, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market is the official ABC broadcast of the NBA Finals.Mike Breen’s signature “Bang!” exclamation for made three-pointers underpins the overwhelming trader consensus on a positive resolution in this NBA Finals matchup. Contemporary playoff basketball emphasizes perimeter volume and spacing, with teams routinely launching dozens of attempts from beyond the arc per contest, ensuring multiple opportunities for the lead announcer’s call during a nationally televised game. Historical patterns from prior Finals series reinforce this dynamic, as even defensively oriented teams generate enough open looks to trigger the phrase. The only realistic paths to a negative outcome involve an unprecedentedly low three-point total—such as extreme interior dominance or unusually cold shooting—combined with Breen’s absence, neither of which aligns with standard game conditions or broadcast assignments.
